Selco Community Credit Union - Gateway Office
This branch facility, featuring a 25,000 square foot building, was the first to develop within the Gateway office park. Prior to its construction, Schirmer Satre Group set the standard for innovative stormwater accommodations by describing, in the area’s Future Development Plan, a network of drainage swales to mitigate the impacts of future development. The site design for SELCO directs stormwater runoff from rooftop and paving through this swale system. The portion of the swale adjacent to SELCO is highlighted with local basalt boulders and seasonally rich native plantings.
