Chase Village Mixed Use Center

The project resulted in an integrated land use and transportation plan providing human-scale development, supporting alternative modes of transportation, and reducing reliance on the automobile. It was funded by a grant from the Transportation and Growth Management (TGM) program. Schirmer Satre Group generated several alternative proposals for a mixed-use development that established a commercial core with a compatible mix of uses while providing pedestrian friendly streetscapes, plazas, and adjacent multifamily housing.
